I consider this one of the top 10 business books of all time.  I have this book on Audible and routinely listen to it while doing yardwork and chores around the house.  Learning and understanding solid business practices is a benefit for any business owner.

The Common Path To Uncommon Success by John Lee Dumas    

JLD is the founder and host of Entrepreneurs On Fire, and in my opinion is the go to guy for everything podcasting.  However, he is about far more than just podcasting as he hosts a daily podcast of interviews with successful entrepreneurs to help you along the entrepreneurial journey. 

Here are just 2 things I learned from his book that are more than worth the cost of the book alone:

• Chapter 3:  Create Your Avatar is the single best avatar lesson I have found to date
• If you are in the top 25% of 3 things, then combine them to bet at the top 1%
  Example:  I am focusing on Kajabi and mini-memberships while seeking my third "thing".  I started out with the idea of helping online entrepreneurs, but that was way too broad.  Entrepreneurs using Kajabi certainly narrowed the field, but it gets even more specialized when I say that I help online entrepreneurs create mini-memberships on the Kajabi platform.  Imagine how specialized it will be when I discover my third "thing".  

How To Write Copy That Sells by Ray Edwards

This book is for everyone who needs to write copy that sells – including copywriters, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. Writing copy that sells without seeming “salesy” can be tough, but is an essential skill. The Big Book Of Words That Sell by Robert Bly

This book I consider as a companion to Ray Edwards "How To Write Copy That Sells"

Amazon lets you "look inside" to get a feeling for how the 1200 words and phrases are presented.

For any project that I am going to focus on the copy, I would first review Ray's book looking for advice that relates to my project.  I would then use this book as the secondary source for help with the words and message.

Canva is my go to for creating images for my business

Start with the FREE version (it has a LOT to offer) and upgrade to the paid version when your business can pay for it.

SEMrush is a powerful tool for SEO

Don't rush to spend money on SEO tools until it actually makes sense to do so. 
Good SEO can change your business, but most people don't actually even understand the basics. 

First learn the basics of SEO, and then pay for an SEO tool when you will know what to do with it and your business can afford it. 

In the meantime, try out SEMrush for free, take some time to learn about SEO, use the limited features, and upgrade when it makes sense.
